My client is a leading legal 500 firm in the Cambridgeshire area, which is seeking a qualified solicitor for its commercial property department. Ideally, you will have 6-10 years' PQE, a strong base of experience and have dealt with HNW cases across commercial leases, the acquisition and transfer/Purchase & Sale of land, and some exposure to specialist areas such as agricultural would be beneficial, but not required. Experience of the local market is essential and the firm will repay your efforts with a competitive, London comparable, salary and a range of benefits.
