They have 50 members of staff company wide and have made several key hires in the last year bolstering the practice. The firm has particularly strong Finance and Corporate department which complement the Commercial Property department nicely. The current Partner / Head of Department is due to leave the practice after more than ten years, due to relocation. Subsequently, the firm is seeking a new Commercial Property Partner / Head of Department.
You will oversee a team of two (15 years PQE and four years PQE). The department is currently very busy and deals with a broad range of work including; Acquisitions and disposals, Landlord and Tenant, Commercial leases, Redevelopment, Investment, and Development. You will find that the work is varied making for an exciting role. You will oversee the work of the department while running your own caseload. You will be at the forefront of driving the department forwards.
- You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least eight years PQE
- The role would suit a Commercial Property Solicitor who is perhaps in a top-heavy team looking for a springboard for Partnership.
- The role comes with lots of autonomy, and a strong management team offering support
- You will have good experience of running a Commercial Property caseload
- You should be the type of candidate who can build business
- Salary of up to £100k plus benefits
