The firm is seeking a new Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing office in Bromley, Kent.

They are ranked highly in the Legal 500 with some members of the team ranked in the Chambers. This department is highly regarded across London subsequently have attracted many Lawyers out of top London firms looking for more in the way of work-life balance, better prospects, and a growing practice. They are a friendly and dynamic team who have a nice array of social events outside of work, including days away and activities.

The work the Commercial Property department deals with a broad range of work including; Landlord & Tenant, Commercial leases, Development, Investment, Acquisitions and disposals, you will also work closely with the Corporate team on Commercial property aspects of deals. The team has a wealth of experience and expertise.

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with between NQ - 1 years PQE
• You will have sat at least one seat in Commercial Property
• Excellent written communication skills
• You will be ambitious and have a passion for Commercial Property work

• Salary up to £50k depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package
