A boutique construction practice is seeking a Construction Solicitor (contentious and/or non-contentious) at 3 years PQE or more to join their niche firm.
Preferably we are looking for experienced Construction Solicitors who have a strong track record for both billing and developing clients, whether that be their own clients or the firms.
The firm covers a number of client sectors including oil & gas, energy and rail, and is very involved in the construction community in the form of running seminars and information sessions. They are experts in construction and real estate law and put clients at the forefront of their practice. Typically, you could be involved in contractual issues at project initiation and set-up: tendering processes; procurement; joint ventures and PFI/PPP contracts.
To be considered for this role you must have/be:
- Qualified solicitor at 3 years PQE or more
- Experience in contentious and/or non-contentious construction
- Additional qualifications in adjudication, arbitration or surveying would be beneficial
- Capable of getting involved in business development activities
