Are you a Commercial Property Solicitor who would like to join a long standing Legal 500 firm? Would you like to gain experience in Agricultural Property law?
The ideal candidate will be an ambitious Solicitor (2-6 years PQE) with a solid background dealing with a broad range of Commercial property work, to include freehold/leasehold, purchasing and selling, remortgaging, new-build sales and purchases, acquisition of development sites, sale and purchases of land, and building for business purposes. As you will also be handling quality Agricultural matters, experience in this area of law is advantageous, but not crucial.
The firm places great importance on its well-built, local client relationships, so you must be professional and commercially viable, with a client-focused attitude and experience in business development.
