In-house Dispute Resolution Solicitor

My client is a leading FTSE 100 PLC based in the West Midlands. They are seeking to recruit an in-house dispute resolution lawyer to join their established in-house legal team.

Reporting to the Head of Legal this is a hybrid role which will focus on the development and implementation of a dispute management strategy across the business. There is also a broad commercial element to the role with the successful candidate expected to provide legal support on Commercial, Construction and Procurement issues.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' PQE and currently be working either in-house or in private practice. Strong disputes management experience is essential but also experience (or interest) in commercial drafting is highly desirable. Likewise a background in construction law would be advantageous but is by no means essential.

With considerable exposure to 'executive level', you must be a skilled communicator and capable of interacting with the business at all levels.
