Employment Solicitor

Do you want to work with a leading Legal 500 commercial team in a role with genuine progression opportunities? 

The firm is a top tier regional practise with multiple offices around Northamptonshire. You will be joining a Legal 500 recognised commercial team. The commercial team’s clients will provide a majority of the leads, however some individual marketing and business development will be required. You will ideally be an experienced employment lawyer with at least 3 years' PQE, used to managing a varied caseload. Some experience in holding seminars and cross selling would also be advantageous. 

Ideally you will be experienced in respondent and/or complainant work, however claimant experience will not be overlooked if you are keen to further develop a more respondent based case load.
