Driven Residential Property Paralegal sought for a CQs accredited department in the Bedford area.
A Lexcel-accredited, full service practice; our client is headquartered in Bedfordshire. An innovative and adaptable practice they are able to manage commercial issues and are also experts in personal matters in a sensitive manner. Recognised for the consistent quality of advice and client care they have achieved numerous awards and accreditations. Currently undergoing a period of expansion, they are now seeking to add to their team.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, talented Residential Property Paralegal to join our clients’ flourishing department. Becoming part of a specialist team, the successful Paralegal will support senior fee earners with a wide range of tasks. Duties may include: file management; submitting searches; liaising with clients and external professionals; document production; post-completion duties and; diary management. A hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, suited to a confident Paralegal seeking to further their career within a progressive practice.

The Candidate
You must be a Paralegal with a minimum of 12 months’ solid experience gained within a reputable Residential Conveyancing department.
You must have excellent technical and organisational skills with a good working knowledge of the conveyancing process.
You will be IT literate.
You will have excellent interpersonal skills across all levels.
The ability to manage a demanding workload with minimal supervision, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high levels of accuracy is essential for the position.
