Fast/Multi Track RTA Fee Earner

A modern, progressive litigation based law firm is hiring two experienced lawyers for its technical claims team to deal with fast and multi-track (lower level) RTA claims. The role is claimant focused but experience of dealing with counterclaims would be useful.

The claims themselves will have fallen out of the MOJ Portal due to value, complexity or liability. Experience of handling a full caseload of such claims is essential.

The role itself is to be based out of the firm's head office on Merseyside.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced PI Solicitor, Legal Executive or Paralegal with an interest in joining a large and supportive law firm.

Applicants from either a Claimant or Defendant background will be considered provided they are good litigators with the personality and drive to succeed.

It is essential that applicants have a previous track record of dealing with claims out of the MOJ Claims Portal.

The firm continues to grow in spite of recent industry changes and job security is guaranteed. Salary in the region of £30,000 to £40,000 plus great benefits including team focused bonuses and flexitime.
