Established in 2003 BCL Legal is a specialist legal recruitment consultancy working with private practice law firms and in-house legal teams throughout the UK.

Initially launched in Manchester, our success has allowed us to expand; we now employ over 60 people covering locations in Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Birmingham, Bristol and London. We are currently expanding and looking to hire immediately into the Manchester office.

The business has been built over years of hard work, providing you with the foundations to move into a warm desk working with major UK law firms and in-house legal departments. Many of our consultants have either worked in recruitment elsewhere, or previously been a lawyer and chosen to move to BCL Legal to start a new career in legal recruitment.

We are currently expanding one of our private practice teams in Manchester. An opportunity has arisen to move into a 'warm desk' which has huge billing potential from day one. You will handle legal roles from paralegal/NQ solicitor through to partner level appointments. As a key member in the team you will work with a loyal client base, taking over established relationships including local, national and international law firms.
