Law Costs Paralegal/Costs Negotiator - Liverpool - £Neg

My client, a highly regarded defendant practice is looking to recruit, a Costs Negotiator/Costs Paralegal to join their busy team in Liverpool.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months experience working within costs as the successful applicant will take responsibility for a caseload of litigated insurance costs work which will be a mix of RTA,EL/PL and Disease cases to include preparing points of dispute, replies, preparation of cost budgets and negotiations.

Advocacy experience is not necessary although would be an advantage, ACL Membership would be beneficial however is not essential.
