An award winning and innovative law firm based in Bolton is seeking an experienced Industrial Disease Litigation Executive or Industrial Disease Solicitor to join them.
Joining an established and growing Industrial Disease department, your role will be to manage a caseload of up to 110 NIHL cases (mix of pre and post litigated).
You must be an experienced Industrial Disease Fee Earner (Paralegal, Legal Executive or Solicitor) with demonstrable experience of running a caseload of NIHL files.
There is scope to develop and grow your experience and undertake disease cases such as COPD and HAVS, as well as serious injury and clinical negligence files.
The firm's offices are centrally based in Bolton and commutable from Manchester, Blackburn, Preston and Wigan.
