Our Client a Highly regarded private practice law firm based in Manchester are keen to recruit a competent costs Draftsman / Draftsperson to join an expanding team.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years costs drafting and negotiation experience within High value personal injury, Clinical Negligence, EL/PL and/or Housing Disrepair work.
The role will involve Drafting of precedent H cost budgets for Multi Track team, Approval of Fixed Recoverable Costs bills and Part 8 Claim Forms / Costs assessment proceedings in relation to costs arising out of FRC or portal costs. Negotiations, Precedent H Budgets, POD's and POR's.
