Do you have at least 2 years' experience managing RTA, Casualty, Industrial Disease or Negligence claims?
My Client is looking to appoint an Industrial Disease Paralegal for a large firm in Bolton. This position would allow you to work in a specialist firm on Pre Litigated Industrial disease Matters. As a litigation fee earner you will be required to handle a case load of approximately 40-50 issued files.
You will be required to proactively maintain your own caseload of disease cases which will be predominantly multi track from inception through to conclusion.
