Commercial and IT Solicitor

My client is a Legal 500 law firm looking to recruit an associate level commercial & IT solicitor to join their successful and growing team. The firm are regional powerhouse and the position will be based in their Nottingham office.
 
You will deal with a wide range of supply and purchase contracts, specialist agreement for technology rights, IT contracts, engineering contracts, and consumer contracts. You will work alongside the firm's experienced and Legal 500 recognised department, which includes partners, associates and assistant solicitors. the ideal candidate will be able to work with little supervision and be an enthusiastic team player.
 
With 2-5 years’ PQE, you will have previous experience in commercial field and a strong academic profile. Most of the work will be non-contentious, and successful candidates will be familiar with IP and data protection aspects of commercial agreements. Candidates with good public sector experienced are encouraged to apply.
