RTA Paralegal - Chester
A well renowned Chester based firm, with a growing and progressive Personal Injury team, is looking to add an experienced RTA Paralegal to its team in the RTA department, due to continued success.
The team deals with RTA claims from instruction to settlement or trial. They handle all new claims into the Portal and are looking to augment their offering with the addition of a Fee Earner/Paralegal. You will have a minimum of twelve months' experience in handling your own RTA Portal caseload and ideally, experience with matters post portal (training will be given).
You will have the responsibility for matters throughout Stage's 1, 2 & 3 (as necessary), working proactively and with minimum supervision. The firm offers realistic opportunities for progression, to team lead or litigated work, and have experienced great success lately.
Salary and benefits will be in line with previous experience and expertise (guideline of up to £24,000) and includes on site parking.
