An opportunity has arisen with a national firm in the Midlands looking for an experienced Motor Recoveries Paralegal to join their industry leading team based in Birmingham.

About the Motor Recoveries Paralegal role:

In this Birmingham based Motor Recoveries Paralegal role you will be supporting experienced solicitors and taking responsibility for your own caseload of claims.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing a case load of motor recovery claims from pre to post litigation
• Supporting experienced solicitors with complex cases
• Fielding client calls and providing support for any queries
• Commitment to attend regular training sessions and increase your technical knowledge
• Ability to work accurately to ensure all your work is compliant with internal and external agreements

You will have paralegal experience preferably in a similar area. You will also possess a good working knowledge of Excel and Word along with experience of using a case management system (CMS). You will have the ability to take a commercially driven approach, to prioritise a busy workload and exhibit a positive team attitude when handling high volumes of work.
