The Firm

A Legal firm based in Cheshire who has an award winning pedigree and an exceptional reputation has a new role available within their housing disrepair team

The Role:

The manage a caseload of Housing Disrepair files from inception to conclusion, files to include

  • Landlord and tenant disputes
  • Health issues relating to disrepair i.e damp, water ingress
  • Anti Social Behaviour
  • Eviction (unlawful and harassment)
  • Rent Disputes

The Candidate:

The role will be suitable for a Housing Litigation solicitor with around 2+ years experience within the specialism;

Close working relationships are important at the firm so a team attitude is important as well is the ability to remain flexible during the working day to adapt to situations when cases alter or develop.
