The Role
An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a talented Personal Injury Lawyer to join a specialist team based in Slough. Acting for clients based across the country, the successful Lawyer will manage a solely claimant caseload of predominantly EL and PL work from instruction to settlement with appropriate supervision. Solid experience in both of these areas will therefore be essential. The firm are particularly keen to hear from candidates with previous experience acting for trade union clients, however this is not essential. The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 1-3 years’ PQE;
You will be technically competent with solid EL/PL experience;
You will have outstanding communication and client care skills;
You will have consistently strong academics;
Previous Trade Union experience is desirable but not essential;
You will be professional, personable and flexible with a meticulous attention to detail.
