An elite US law firm are looking to grow their Real Estate practice in London with the hire of an associate between 1-4 PQE.
The team remains at the cutting edge of the real estate finance market and has an unparalleled client base made up of both US and European financial investors.
The new joiner will have strong real estate finance experience. Such a candidate will be working on the acquisitions of real estate loan portfolios, recapitalisations, distressed/vulture fund formation, mezzanine loan origination and debt restructurings.
The ideal candidate will have stellar academics and will ideally be working within a top 20 law firm or a US practice.
