A fantastic corporate opportunity has arisen for a corporate solicitor to work within this top firm's corporate department. Ideally you will be 2+ PQE and have a grounding in mergers and acquisitions, equity matters and reorganisations. The ideal person will show a real drive and determination to succeed in the corporate sector. A grounding in technology work would also be highly advantageous.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with the partners of the firm and be exposed to a wide range of corporate matters, promising a fast and exciting workload. The firm have numerous high profile clients and advise some of the top global corporations on a wide range of matters.
