EL/PL Team Leader
A Legal 500 firm is seeking an experienced team leader to manage and supervise a growing EL/PL team in their central Manchester offices.
My client is a fantastic nationwide personal injury firm, and is proving to be exceptionally popular amongst candidates in the current market as it is predicted to remain an industry front runner regardless of the incoming legal reforms. The firm are not only offering excellent job security but fantastic career progression routes within the Manchester office.
The role of EL/PL Team Leader will involve supervising and managing a team of EL/PL fee earners as they manage high value, complex litigated caseloads. The role will not involve handling a case load and is purely a managerial position.
The ideal candidate for the role will be an experienced team leader or manager with plenty of experience managing a team in a legal setting. Having such experience in the context of the personal injury sector is essential, and a strong EL/PL background will be incredibly beneficial for the role.
This is an absolutely fantastic opportunity for an existing team leader to join one of the largest claimant personal injury firms in the UK whilst using their experience to date to firmly set their career on a path for renewed progression and development.
An exciting opportunity with a Legal 500 firm in the heart of Manchester, apply now for the role of EL/PL team leader for immediate consideration!
