Our client is a market-leading regional law firm with a top-tier Legal 500 ranked private client and tax planning practice in the South East. As a solicitor in the private client team you will work on a mix of cases involving estate administration, LPAs, wills and tax planning.
Due to an increase in case loads for the department, an additional tax planning lawyer is now sought with at least three years of qualified experience providing general tax planning advice, preparing wills, drafting trust deeds, registering powers of attorney and estate administration. In addition, the candidate should have a strong interest in business development.
