Prestigious Private Practice Law firm in Berkshire are seeking a Tax & Trusts Solicitor to join their Newbury office.  The ideal candidate will handle a caseload dealing primarily with Tax Planning (inc. Inheritance, Income and Capital Gains Tax advice), Trust matters and the drafting of complex Wills.

The firm currently provide a reputable Private Client legal service including providing advice on Wills and Estate Administration, Trusts and Estate Planning, Tax and Powers of Attorney.

They also specialise in a range of Court of Protection matters and related capacity issues. 

The ideal candidate for this particular Tax & Trusts opportunity will specialise in.

• Complex Will writing
• Trusts
• Inheritance tax planning
• Capital gains tax
• Lasting powers of attorney
• Living wills

There is an existing caseload of work to pick up and the firm can largely rely on a dedicated client base offering repeat business and referrals.

You will be joining a team one other Private Client fee earner who focuses on Probate and Estate Administration matters.
