Conflicts lawyer sought for a 12 month contract to support the head of conflicts with compliance to procedures involving avoiding conflicts of interest and management of risk. May suit a qualified lawyer with conflicts experience or a non qualified conflicts specialist.
THE ROLE
Is part of the London business services department of this global law firm. It is a fixed term position to cover a maternity leave break. Responsibilities include conflict of interest checking, client care and engagement, sanctions monitoring, client due diligence and pre-approval and compliance with the Solicitors Code of Conduct.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
The ideal candidate will be a qualified lawyer with relevant experience gained in an international law firm and professional compliance qualifications. Candidates that are not qualified but have prior experience of analysing and resolving conflicts of interest will be considered. You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and have the interpersonal skills to interact positively with all levels within the firm.
