HR Advisor

As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for;

• Provide advice and direction to Partners and Managers as appropriate, on good HR practice and employment law
• Mentoring and guiding junior members of the team
• With the HR Manager, assist with the annual salary review process
• Leading and managing employee relation cases for your designated client group
• Managing maternity/paternity, long term sickness/absence, performance management etc
• General HR reporting on the Firm's absence and turnover figures
• Managing the joiner and leaver process
• Liaising with the wider business on HR strategy
• Supporting the Recruitment team where appropriate
• Ad hoc HR projects

With a track record in a generalist HR position, ideally within the financial or professional services, you will have experience managing high levels of administration to a high standard and advising all levels of stakeholder on HR policies and procedures. You will also have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and be committed to pursuing a career in HR.
