Our Client is looking for a commercial brands lawyer with experience in managing trade mark and design portfolios and supervising all aspects of brand management including clearance, trade mark prosecution and oppositions.
Your work will cover general commercial law advising brands, as well as trade mark and design laws, particularly in respect of the fashion and technology sectors.
You will have a following and proven business building skills to add depth to the current client base which includes brand owners, entrepreneurs, private investment companies and corporate.
In addition you will have:-
- drive and ambition;
- excellent intellect;
- be a strong marketer; and
- ideally from a City firm.
