• The work will involve advising sponsors, investment managers, international institutions and administrators in the formation and structuring of investment funds, as well as giving professional advice in connection with distressed funds, fund management and contentious issues

• Similar opportunities in other jurisdictions with the firm may also be available

Requirements

• To be successful in getting a work permit, you must be admitted to practice in the UK/Commonwealth with 3+ years’ PQE in Funds ideally gained from a top law firm in London or in another offshore jurisdiction

• Excellent academics, outstanding technical and interpersonal skills, as well as an aptitude for business development are all pre-requisites for success
