An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Payroll Officer to join a leading professional services company based in Cardiff to cover for a 12 month maternity leave. The role is supported by an Administrator and reports to an HR Manager and you will be responsible for providing payroll data for approx. 300 employees to the outsourced payroll provider, using Excel spreadsheets to capture and update the information, managing the HRIS (Cascade), data analysis, monthly reporting on absence, providing regular management reports, ensuring benefits information is kept up to date, liaising closely with the HR Director regarding benefits such as childcare vouchers and pensions auto-enrolment and generally oversee the smooth running of the payroll and benefits provision for the firm.
The key focus of this role is payroll and you will need to have experience of running a payroll and working with Excel as well as an HRIS system (Cascade experience useful). Salary is up to £28k.
