Top 200, centrally based, City Law Firm is looking for a Corporate/M&A lawyer to assist their team for an initial 6 month duration. The contract may be extended thereafter. You will be exposed to challenging and high quality work including: public and private M&A work; AIM, restructuring, joint ventures, due diligence, drafting shareholder agreements. You will assist a team of approximately 11 Partners and 4 Associates. The ideal candidate will be bright and astute, have excellent academics and ideally have at least 2 years previous experience in a similar role.
