Our Client is looking for a Corporate Solicitor to join its highly-rated team in Newcastle. The successful candidate will have the ability to showcase their Corporate experience and will have had experience of advising general corporate matters but will, ideally, also have had exposure to a wide range of transaction including; M&A, private equity transactions, refinancing, joint ventures as well as shareholder and partnership agreements.

The firm itself acts for some excellent national clients and the quality of the work on offer is of a high standard. The role would ideally suit those wishing to increase their exposure to high-level corporate work and wishing to enhance their chances of career progression.
