The Role
A fantastic opportunity for a talented and driven Commercial / Property Litigation Solicitor to join our clients’ leading practice. Becoming part of a thriving team which includes a number of the firms’ partners; the successful Solicitor will handle a diverse caseload of contentious matters to include: commercial contractual issues; possession proceedings; debt recovery; IP disputes; boundary disputes; professional negligence; planning issues and appeals; partnership disputes and; trespass. In addition, the ideal Solicitor will assist with more complex, high value matters, build client relationships and take part in business development and networking opportunities.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor with 3 - 5 years’ PQE gained within a well-regarded Dispute Resolution department.
You must have excellent technical skills with a broad range of expertise encompassing Company Commercial and Property Litigation.
You will have first class interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with clients and professionals at all levels.
Additional experience in insolvency is desirable but not essential.
Prior business development experience and a desire to participate in initiatives would be highly advantageous.
You will be a team player and also able to work with minimal supervision.
An awareness of ADR methods is essential for the position.
