Our client, who is one of the leading regional firms in the country, is looking for an senior Agricultural Property lawyer to join their Legal 500 Commercial Property development team in their Reading office. As part of this well respected team you will be handling regional and national matters for the farming community and handling matters including acquisitions and disposals of agricultural land, tenancy issues, succession planning, partnerships and other structures, telecoms leases/agreements, planning and development, single payment scheme entitlements and stewardship schemes, grazing licences, easements and wayleaves.
The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience of agricultural property matters and be a keen business developer.
