Ambitious North London firm have an exciting opportunity for a Company Commercial Solicitor to join their department.
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years PQE and must have solid experience dealing with work arising from SME's such as Company formations, sales & acquisitions, commercial contracts, and Licensing agreements. Experience of business development and marketing would be a distinct advantage.
Due to the current set up of the department this position carries excellent prospects for partnership. Ideally you will come from a good London or regional firm.
The firm is undergoing a rapid period of growth and has ambitious plans for the future.
