A unique opportunity has recently become available for a qualified Residential Property Fee Earner to join a highly regarded regional firm in Shropshire. This is a truly fantastic chance for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a highly regarded, personable practice with genuine career progression available. The role would entail taking on an existing caseload of Residential Property files, whilst also having the opportunity to undertake considerable Business Development and marketing work in order to increase your own client base and work load. On offer is an above market rate salary up to £45,000

Required Skills & Responsibilities;

- Ideally be qualified via any route, although candidates with excellent experience will also be considered
- Excellent client care skills
- Possess at least 2 years experience dealing with Residential Conveyancing files
- Ability to handle files from inception through to completion
- Experience dealing with all types of Residential Conveyancing files
