Commercial Solicitor | Cardiff
A market leading law firm based in Cardiff is looking to expand its Legal 500 rated Corporate and Commercial team with the hire of an impressive Commercial Solicitor.
The team advise a diverse client base, ranging from small privately owned businesses to large national companies, and a full range of Corporate and Commercial matters; including share sales and purchases, Joint Ventures, company reorganisations, and commercial contracts.
You will need good experience of:
- Broad Commercial Contracts;
- Business - Business contracts;
- Business - Consumer contracts;
- Terms & Conditions of trading; and,
- Collaboration agreements.
The ideal Commercial Solicitor will have excellent academics and solid corporate and commercial experience from a reputable firm. Ideally you will be 3+ years' PQE, however consideration will be given to exceptional candidates from other levels.
