A fast growing commercial organisation seeks to appoint a NQ 3 PQE Solicitor with a Co/Co background to join

a busy in house department

THE ROLE

This is an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor looking to make a career move in house.

The workload will be varied and the core areas of work will include responsibility for drafting and negotiating;

Commercial contracts, terms of business, NDA agreements, JV's, technology agreements

Corporate matters, company secretarial work, board meetings, shareholders agreements, capital markets

Regulatory/Risk management work

The successful candidate will be expected to work alongside stakeholders and external advisers.

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this unique in house role, candidates must have an impeccable track record, relevant

commercial and technical skills and a desire to work in a varied and business facing role.
