The firm is seeking to hire a new Residential Property Solicitor to join their Guildford, Surrey office.
You will work as part of a highly-regarded team who have a wealth of expertise. You will deal with a high-quality caseload which will include lots of HNW, bespoke work. You will deal with Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, Re-mortgages, Transfers of equity, Lease extensions and some other matters.

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor with between NQ - 4 years PQE
• You will have sat at least one seat in Conveyancing
• This role will be based in their successful, Guildford, Surrey office
• You will find excellent prospects for progression
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience
