Tax Legal Director

We have been instructed by this popular international firm on a legal director role within their tax team. They are looking for a tax lawyer with 7+ PQE and extensive corporate tax, M&A, reorganisation and international tax experience. The candidate will also need a demonstrable interest in marketing and business development, but a following is not essential. A good academic record and sound technical ability is also required.

The firm's tax group assists clients in structuring a wide range of transactions, from private equity deals to corporate acquisitions and disposals.
