Fantastic in-house opportunity at this international law firm to join its in-house counsel team in a corporate / commercial role. The firm is looking around the 2-4 PQE mark. The role will involve working with the procurement team to negotiate and advise on a range of commercial contracts, assisting with corporate restructurings, acquisitions and the establishment of new offices as well as corporate governance issues, constitutional documents and partnership issues. The role is very broad and you will be working closely with the firm's executive board and managing partner. Corporate or commercial experience is required as are strong academics and PQE at a leading firm or in-house.
