Private Client Solicitor (2-5 PQE)

A very reputable law firm based in the City with a strong focus on growing their private client practice are seeking to further grow their team with the hire of a solicitor between 2-5 PQE.

The department are known for expertise on a wide variety of private client matters. The team deal with succession planning providing substantive advice on inheritance tax and Capital gains tax mitigation. The practice offer advice on wills and trust preparation whose clients include; high-net worth individuals, beneficiaries, families and trustee's as well as executors. Furthermore, the team possess significant expertise protecting estates involving land and property.

This vacancy represents the perfect time to join a vibrant growing practice and work directly with Partners that are highly respected within this field. Due to the size of their practice, you will be heavily involved in a plethora of Private Client matters and advise wealthy families on Lasting Powers of Attorney, drafting wills, trusts and tax planning.

The successful candidate will have strong academics and would have gained a minimum of 2 years experience within a reputable City or regional firm.
