Our client is a leading international law firm seeking an aviation lawyer to join their office in London. The team have strong aviation team worldwide and are specifically looking for someone to join their aviation finance department.
The team are seeking an aviation lawyer with 4 years experience and above. The role will include work such as;
Advising on all facets of deal structuring and evaluation
Advise on leasing, commercial debt and export credit agency supported financings as well as aircraft and aircraft engine portfolio trading.
Advise both domestic and international asset financing banks in relation to financing and leasing commercial and corporate aircraft
