Our client is one of the largest global stock exchanges and is at the heart of the most international capital market in the world.
This exchange is now looking for a lawyer with strong commercial experience to join a well-established and high calibre legal team
You will have top tier academics and training, and may have a minimum of 1 year PQE. The workload is predominantly commercial/IT/IP, however you will also be expected to cover other areas of work such as corporate, regulatory, company law etc as and when required. You will possess a good understanding of the financial services industry and related regulatory frameworks.
