Reporting directly to the head of Legal you will have a thorough understanding of the outsource contract commercial arrangements with the ability to provide commercial guidance and contract interpretation. You will be articulate, commercially minded, professional, have strong relationship management skills, business case experience and excellent negotiation skills.
It would be helpful, although not essential, if you also have drafting/basic legal training. You will also be articulate, commercial, professional, possess strong relationship management skills, business case experience and negotiation experience.
