Company Commercial Solicitor – Bedford
Exclusive Role - We have been asked to find this Leading Law firm in Bedford for a experienced solicitor or Legal Executive sought to join the Company commercial dept.
They anticipate that the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years PQE and be able to handle a mixed caseload to deal with all matters associated with company/commercial law including mergers and acquisitions, asset sales, shareholder agreements, company formations, terms and conditions and general company administration.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- To manage an agreed case-load of client work in consultation with Head of department;
- To use the correct office systems and procedures in order to manage cases effectively and in accordance with the firms’ standards;
- To process clients’ instructions on a timely and cost effective basis;
- To bill and to collect debts and collect all outstanding disbursements in advance;
- To maintain professional standards;
