A fantastic opportunity for a Junior Employment Solicitor with 1 - 4 yrs PQE to join a top Specialist Legal 500 firm in West End of London. The right candidate will have the opportunity to join a thriving firm and an already successful team.
You will have had excellent training and since qualification you will have experienced a mixed contentious and non contentious case load. You will have solid experience of running Employment Tribunal litigation (both Claimant and Respondent, ideally with a significant Respondent bias), providing HR advice to businesses ranging from PLCs to SMEs and advising Senior Executives on contract negotiations and exit packages. In a perfect world you will also have experience of High Court litigation including injunction work but a “can do” attitude and willingness to learn are equally important (quite possibly more so).
