This is a stand-out opportunity for a Lawyer either looking for a lateral move or a step up in terms of responsibility at a Legal 500, long established firm.
The practice has a rich heritage dating back 50+ years and has an excellent client base. They have a team of 50 members of staff, with a friendly culture and incredibly low staff turnover.
This Senior Corporate Commercial role will be based close to Uxbridge, Middlesex. Currently, the Corporate Commercial department team of 3) very busy and have a consistent good workflow. The firm is in the process of succession planning with the Head of Department due to retire within the next 18 months. You find an excellent an excellent quality of work acting for SME to larger national companies. The department has a wealth of expertise.
You will deal with a varied workload including; company sales and purchases, M&SA, share sales, management buy-ins, share incentive schemes, commercial contracts, partnership agreements, franchising, re-structuring and LLP's. The client base ranges from SME to national companies.
This role comes with prospects to become the Head of Department when the current head retires, as well as Partnership with the potential for Equity in the future.
