Leading international law firm are looking for a Corporate Associate for their London team. The Corporate team provides a full-service offering and includes transactional experience across M&A, Corporate Finance and Private Equity. The firm’s approach combines a deep understanding of clients’ businesses, markets and sectors, with high-calibre expertise, straight-talking advice and a collaborative team culture. You will assist Partners on a wide range of corporate transactions for a variety of clients. These will include M&A - share and asset disposals and acquisitions, for private and listed companies; private equity transactions; joint ventures; IPOs and secondary issues; and reorganisations.
You will also be expected to play a part in business and practice development as a committed member of the team.
