Our international client is leading US law firm and their restructuring practice is consistently ranked as one of the top practices. The prestigious Corporate Restructuring department are looking for a class of 2013-2015 Restructuring lawyer to join its busy and demanding New York Restructuring practice .

This team represents the range of clients from top global corporations in mega-restructurings to middle-market debtors and has been involved in numerous international and U.S. restructurings over many decades, with representations ranging from top global corporations in mega-restructurings to middle-market debtors.

The team act on U.S. bankruptcy filings as well as complicated cross-border insolvency, corporate recovery and restructuring matters in the US and internationally. You will need to be currently working with a top tier law firm and have a strong academic background. If you are not a US national, you will need to be a Canadian or Australian passport holder in order to be eligible for a work visa.
