Our client is a well-known, Legal 500 regional heavyweight law firm with an excellent reputation in Buckinghamshire area.  They have an impressive client base and are highly regarded in the legal directories. Due to volume of work, they require an enthusiastic and ambitious corporate and commercial Solicitor NQ – 5 years PQE to join a busy and knowledgeable team and acquire second to none experience of the whole range of company and corporate work.

The Role

The established partners have built up a solid client base of small to medium sized SME’s with the emphasis on lifetime relationships and support.  You will receive plenty of good quality work covering the following:

·         Share and business acquisitions and disposals

·         Management buy-outs

·         Shareholders/joint venture agreements

·         Agency and distribution agreements

·         Incorporation of companies

·         Business start-ups

·         General commercial contracts

·         IP and technology exploitation work within a supportive environment.

The Candidate

·         Excellent academics

·         Gained experience in a regional or City firm

·         Active team player with good interpersonal skills, both verbal and written

·         A sound knowledge of commercial law, procedures and rules

·         Ability to organise and prioritise a busy and varied caseload
